The Mercenary Camp Hazing Ceremony

Transcript

Manager
Now! Is this all?

Manager
We will begin the camp's hazing ceremony.

Manager
This ritual is a tradition created by our forgoers and a privilege for the latecomers.

Manager
You must go to the Beast's Garden and find the stone pile.

Manager
Go to that pile of rocks, and bring back a small stone.

Deor
We just have to bring back a stone?

Manager
Yes! That's right.

Manager
This ritual is based on our forgoers who have been awakened carrying that stone as a good luck charm.

Manager
They realized that the stone holds a special power related with awakening and that story has been passed down to create this special event for newcomers.

Manager
You will realize what that power is later on, so first, you must go to the pile and bring back a stone.

Manager
This is all. Spread out and go search for the stone pile!!

Alice
He's talking about that.. pile of stone at the entrance I saw before, right?

Sion
I knew I should have taken that stone!

Sion
Haha! No wonder Lantas was so flustered? Hahaha!

Deor
Sion!

Sion
Yeah? What's up, Alice?

Alice
Thank you~

Deor
I'm going to get my stone?

Ombass
I am also going to get the stone.

Sachsen
Could you include me in that group?

Sachsen
Hello. My name is Sachsen.

Sion
Oh!! Sachsen. What are you doing here?

Sion
What? Haha. Was it?

Sachsen
Oh.. I hope I wasn't bothering you...

Deor
I am against a human other than Sion joining us.

Ombass
I am okay with it.

Deor
... If you say so, I'll think about it.

Sion
Haha! Good thinking, Deor.

Sion
Sachsen, did you come here for the first time?

Sachsen
Some have been living in this camp and have taken up the challenge for three years... Haha!!

Sachsen
That's what I heard. But usually, after one or two failures, they go back thinking they aren't talented enough.

Sion
I see. It must be very difficult. Haha!

Ombass
Oh! I think other members are leaving too.

Sion
Then should we get going?

Sachsen
Let's go.
