Optional analytics
Google Analytics helps the site operator understand which game reference pages people visit and where visits come from. It loads only after you accept analytics, and only when this deployment has configured an analytics host and measurement id. Declining does not change how the wiki works.
Analytics uses cookies to recognize visits. Your choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Use Analytics settings to change it. Declining removes the wiki’s Google Analytics cookies for the configured site host.
We exclude account, login, admin, search, forum, and community article pages. We do not send usernames, post contents, search text, or URL query strings to Analytics. Advertising signals and personalization are disabled. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
Google’s privacy policy explains how Google processes analytics data.
Accounts
Sign-in is Discord only. Discord shares your Discord ID, display name, avatar, and email address when you approve the request. If Discord marks that email as verified, the site records a verification time. A later sign-in does not clear a verification that is already stored. The site uses host-only, HttpOnly session cookies. Access cookies are short-lived. Refresh cookies rotate and expire.
The site operator can see account status, roles, and an audit log of admin actions. There is no email password or email reset on this site.
Operators and logs
The site operator is whoever runs this deployment: the web server, the API, PostgreSQL, and object storage if it is configured. Connection addresses may be stored by the reverse proxy for pages that are not sign-in routes. The API request log records method, path, status, and duration. It does not record query strings, headers, or bodies. Sensitive account routes are omitted so an OAuth code, state, or token is not written there.
Forum posts and published guides are public. Administrators can review reports and manage community content when those features are enabled.
Fonts
The wiki loads Cinzel Decorative, Sora, and Karla from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com). Requesting those files tells Google your IP address and the page host. Korean text uses a font file hosted by this site. Self-hosting the Latin fonts is not decided yet, so those three families still come from Google.
