The Strange Compass

Conversation

Sion: Excuse me... Schmidt.

Schmidt: Oh! Sion, what's up?

Sion: Did you hear anything about someone finding a compass in this town?

Schmidt: A compass? Why a compass all of a sudden?

Sion: I accepted a request from the mercenary office, and it's finding a lost compass.

Sion: He lost it in this town.

Schmidt: He could just by another one...

Sion: Everyone's saying that... / But I think it's very personal to him.

Schmidt: Hmm... Then I'll go check the lost and found section just in case.

Sion: Thank you, Schmidt.

Schmidt: Is this what you're looking for?

Sion: Huh? What is this?

Schmidt: I'm not sure. / It does look like a compass but the letters look a bit strange.

Schmidt: Apparently, it's something some kids brought a couple days ago, so it must be what you're looking for.

Sion: Oh... Thank you so much, Schmidt.

Schmidt: It was nothing. As you do your job, I have to do mine... Haha!

Sion: Then I'll take this and go.

Schmidt: Go ahead.

Sion: Then take care.
