The Real Test Begins

Conversation

Manager: Now, since you are all here, the real test will begin.

Manager: The challenge you will take up, the trip to Verkiss Lair, will be dangerous.

Manager: You can form a group with your peers or if you trust your own skills, you can go alone!

Manager: Except, keep in mind that you are risking your life!

Manager: Understand?

Manager: You will soon leave to go to Verkiss Lair.

Manager: When you arrive there, there will be a guardian waiting for you.

Manager: Once you defeat that guardian, you will be able to acquire the guardian's shards.

Manager: Then you will take those shards to the sone inside Verkiss Lair called the awakening stone.

Manager: Then you will each receive a seal that per its awakening.

Manager: It is your choice whether or not to awaken, but if you cannot acquire that seal, you can try next time.

Manager: Does anyone have questions?

Mercenary: Um.. Don't we awaken naturally when we pass the test?

Manager: That is not true. Passing the test will only give you the opportunity to take up the tasks the awakening stone assigns.

Manager: You can awaken once you complete those tasks.

Manager: Any other questions?

Manager: I will take that as a no.

Manager: You can take up the challenge multiple times. Do not be foolish and give up your life for this challenge.

Manager: All you have to do is try your best to pass the test to be given the opportunity to awaken.

Manager: Good luck everyone.

Sion: Hmm.. Then do we go now?

Deor: Sion. Should we go together?

Deor: I think most groups are three to four people.

Sion: Will three of us be good enough? / It is the dragon's guardian...

Deor: I think we'll be good enough.

Ombass: Yes. I agree.

Sion: Then... Should the three of us go together then?

Deor: Yes!

Ombass: I agree too.

Sion: Okay! Then let's go!

Lantas: Sion!!

Lantas: Haha!! Hey kid! You found a group too!

Sion: Lantas! Lantas, are you taking up the challenge too?

Sion: Oh.. Sachsen and Han too?

Lantas: Yes. I'm one of those people who failed multiple times before. Haha!

Han: Me too.

Sachsen: Haha.. This is my first and last time taking up this challenge.

Sion: Wow. You are all so experienced. / But we're....

Deor: What about us?! Just follow me!

Lantas: Haha. You're a very energetic elf!

Sion: I know, right? He is very energetic.

Deor: Sion.. I guess you forgot what happened before?

Sion: What? Ahem. It's getting dark. We have to hurry!!

Lantas: Hey kid. Don't overwork yourself.

Sachsen: Be careful.

Sion: Thank you!

Han: Then we should get going.

Lantas: Kid, see you later. Haha!!

Sion: Yes! Be careful!

Sion: Should we get going too?

Deor: Yes, let's go!

Sion: Ombass?

Ombass: I'm ready. Let's go.

Sion: Let's go.
