The dungeons of Chroisen2 consist of Beginner Dungeon, Treasure Dungeon, and Legend Dungeon.
Dungeons consist of several ROOM. Once you've entered each ROOM, you cannot move to another map until you hunt down all the monsters within. Once you've hunted all the monsters in the ROOM, the particular ROOMwill be cleared and it will remain cleared until you leave the dungeon. There are three types of ROOM: NORMAL ROOM, START ROOM, and LAST ROOM. You can check the type of ROOM, whether or not it's cleared, and current location through the mini map by pressing *KEY. NORMAL ROOM and START ROOM contain normal monsters. LAST ROOM is divided into three types, TREASURE ROOM, NAMED ROOM, and BOSS ROOM according to the consisting monsters, and the type will not be identifiable before entering. Among the numerous LAST ROOM, only one is the BOSS ROOM and the moment the boss room is cleared, the dungeon will be cleared and finished. After the dungeon is finished, you will check the records and automatically be transported to the dungeon entrance. When entering a dungeon, you will be charged entrance fee(Gold) per level, and in the dungeon can't be used save so when enter the dungeon, be saved by force. While playing the dungeon, you can use the SENDbutton to check the dungeon's status and choose whether or not to quit the dungeon. Even if you quit the dungeon, the earned experience points and items will remain but you cannot retrieve the entrance fee.
The differences among the dungeons are the following.
Beginner Dungeon(Low Level) You can enter the dungeon without accessing the network. There are monsters stronger than the field and you can acquire gears of ranks Normal to Rare. Because you do not use the network, you cannot become the dungeon lord through record competing.
Treasure Dungeon(Mid Level) Treasure Dungeon is a dungeon in which you can use the network to compete records with other users. The map is more complicated than that of Beginner Dungeon and the difficulty levels of the monsters are also higher. Except the events, you can acquire gears of the highest rank which is Legend Rank. The highest ranked user for a certain period will be given the position of Dungeon Lord. Dungeon Lord will receive some of the entrance fees from other users as tax and other such benefits while maintaining the position. Tax, benefits, and the position maintaining period can possibly change according to management policies, and if they do, they will be listed in notices under the network menu.
Legend Dungeon(High Level) It is identical with the Treasure Dungeon, but you can enter it after resurrection. The dungeon level is higher than Treasure Dungeon so you can acquire gears of higher level.
